55 drivers in history, currently 4 drivers are driving under the flag of Germany, 2 World Champions in history with 10 Championships and a team -- Willkommen in Deutschland F1 Freaks.
This year German GP is hosting by Nürburgring which orginally is two circuits together (Nordschleife and Südschleife ) with 172 corners. GP entered to F1 calendar one year later after Formula 1 has started because of Wolrd War 2 and first GP was helded on 1951 with circuit's orginal version.
Circuit's first and older version was the longest circuit in the world (22,5 km) . Lot's of fan and F1 driver find that version much more delicious but after Lauda's accident in 1976, circuit's license has been withdrawn with safety reasons. But everyone can still visit and have a drive through on circuit with just 15 euros.
Circuit has located at Nürburgring where untouched nature with 1.01 million population. Also it's closer to mountain so you never know when rain comes like on 2007 European GP where race faced with red flag after almost everyone slide on water flow.
Germany had two races in a year after 2000s as European GP and German GP at Nürburgring and Hockenheimring. But after 2008 these two circuit started to host GP by switching under the name of German GP.
Race will be held with 60 laps, every of them will be 5.148 Km. Circuit record is still holding by F1 legend Michael Schumacher (1:26.468, 2004). Only 3 names won the race by pole.

After last weekend's frustrasting end Vettel will definitely want to win his home GP for the first time. I don't think Infiniti Red Bull Racing will face same problem in this race too, Vettel was confident about they solved the problem. Little reminder Vettel has never won the German GP or any GP on july so this weekend can be weekend of firsts. Webber is also looked so hungry about that win. Those 2 guys will have the car they needed so they can bring a home lots of points.
Mercedes guys again will be the rivals of Bull's, Mercedes's problem was not the being fast but the problem was being fast at race, they looked like they've solved this at British GP, they will want to make show off on their home place. They already made a visit their factory, they can bring a smile on that people with a great 1-2.
Ferrari and Lotus need to bring more to circuit to catch those 2 front ups. But when you have drivers like Alonso and Raikkonen, you can always face with nice suprises even at bad weekends.
Enjoy the race F1 freaks and let's fingers crossed for no rain that would ruin our joy of watching some action. Also let's not see blowing off tyres around the circuit, SAFETY is always FIRST !
