CS32 and Kaltenborn

Sauber with the CS32 are the team and car i want to see them succes.It was a normal way of launch not too much or not too less.It was like the it should be.
 Firstly i just love the car,the color is amazing,not a general design.F1 is needed this kind of car design.Sauber had 'not a bad car' last season but they just need a few steps more to show theirselves.

Kaltenborn will be there at the top of the team which puts Sauber in some another level in my eyes.It's really nice to see women aroun F1 more than just 'pit girls' and Kaltenborn is not just a regular job in team,she is team boss.I can't wait to see her performance.
Sauber has got a great driver line-up.Talented and young guys.Estaban Guttierez obviously is so young and has no experience so this will be learning year for him but for Hulkenberg it will be the time to shine.He did already great things not outstanding but with a stronger car Hulkenberg can show his real potetial.It's his chance to put himself in another position on the grid.
